Our story
Stuart Gascoyne our Principal Consultant, a graduate in Computer Science, spent his early
career writing software for compilers and operating systems Stuart chose Marketing and Systems Engineering as his specialist subjects when he gained an MBA from Sheffield University.
Since setting up KB to provide advice to clients on a wide range of digital Sales and Marketing solutions we have been involved in the deployment of Salesforce.com for both CRM and non CRM applications.
The nature of Salesforce.com means that is possible to deliver a working system in very short timescales. However, in order to gain theses advantages it is necessary to adopt an equally efficient implementation process, which facilitates rapid requirements capture and easy prioritisation of development tasks. We have worked very closely with Salesforce.com Professional services and leveraged their experience to develop an effective process. This has been further enhanced in the area of business process analysis from our experience of business processs modelling and systems Engineering.
